and one says you should drink about four cups of green or white tea a day.
I found that scientists attribute most of green tea’s health benefits to catechins (pronounced as CAT-akins) which are powerful antioxidants. It seems that not all green teas are equal in this respect. In fact studies have shown that generally, bottled products, although varying wildly between brands have antioxidant activity 10 to 100 times lower than conventionally brewed green tea. While brewed green tea has 0 calories bottled tea in most cases adds sweeteners which add calories or artificial sweeteners which have their own problems. So I recommend you stick with a tea that you brew yourself to get all the green tea benefits.
I will be sharing more findings and secrets in future articles but in the mean time learn more by clicking here to visit the offical website of Tava Tea.
